The Hounds Enjoy Perfect Weather
It's the first time in a long time that the AC was not turned on. Even all the hounds decided it was time to spend outside. We did a lot of nothing outside but enjoyed it. Sadie of course is too active to lay down and sleep in the sunshine, her nose never stops.

Heidi Enjoys The Sunshine
After weeks of hibernation due to high temperatures, Heidi finally came outside and stayed longer than just a normal pee break. She found a good spot on the brown grass instead of a patch of green grass. When I asked if she wanted her nails trimmed she rolled on her side and lifted her front paw. Sadie roamed the yard, and Stella took a short after lunch nap. There were other afternoons where Heidi would roam the yard while the bloodhounds and I took our late afternoon walk ... so she didn't hibernate that much.

The Hounds Battle Hot Weather
It's been a busy week since our last post here. The hounds had a visitor on their walk that they never saw. He stood there waiting for them to chase him, the bloodhounds never lifted their heads to see him. Searching through the photos I found too many to post and not pass up, so I have about twice the usual number. Heidi continues her hot weather hibernation.
